Hurricane Irene Prep

Went into Walmart last night to see what items people were stocking up on in preparation for "Hurricane" Irene. The shelves were cleared or nearly so of the following items: (1) Bottled water; (2) D-cell batteries; (3) All manner of camping gear; and . . . wait for it . . . (4) AMMUNITION! Gotta love New Hampshire!

Mike, that would explain it... OH, and the soda also sells out. I don't get it. Canned goods are the smartest way to go... and yet those stay stocked up.

Mostly a non event up here on the Maine coast. I did try shooting some with my 06 at 100 YDS as the rain stopped around 5PM. That windage was tricky let me tell you. It was a rare oppertunity to shoot around here with that much wind and not have it below 20 degrees at the same time.
