Anyone know anything regarding the Tokarev 9mms? As in, whats the practical accuracy with one (at 10, 15, and 20 yards)? Availability of magazines? Do they feed well?

Searching here and on the interwebs gives a whole lot of "I love my $200 9mm!", but not a lot on magazines or accuracy.

I am not sure if Tok actually made one, but I have a Norinco L213 that is a TT33 chambered in 9mm... decent gun, sorta reliable but looks classic.

One of my Norinco 213's went through over 55,000 rounds with no failures whatsoever. I gave it to my brother and it still hasn't hiccuped. You can't get more reliable than no failures whatsoever. It was also my most accurate handgun. I outshot guys with pistols costing 15 times as much (I only paid $89 back in 1992).
I've used regular 7.62 magazines in my Romanian with a 9mm barrel and barrel bushing installed, no problems feeding 9mm Luger at all. I also modified some 9mm barrels to fire the 9x23 Winchester round, the ballistic duplicate of the 357 Magnum. They fit easily into the 7.62 Tok magazines. This is my carry round in my Yugo M-57's.

The Norinco's have one, also Zastava makes the M88 a modified frame 9mm Tok, it's shortened and has a different grip, but is otherwise a toke, except for the safety and the removal of half cock to lock. A number of people have even put forward that certain 9mm barrels for it's cousin the 1911 can be made to fit.

I had a Norinco 213. It was reliable and accurate (wish I still had it).
In regards to 9mm magazines:
Some guns have a spacer pinned into the magazine well; these use a shorter (front to back) dedicated 9mm magazine. Guns without the spacer use the 7.62 x 25 size magazine with a spacer built into the magazine.
Many say that they use stock (no spacer) 7.62 x 25 magazines to shoot 9mm without issue in Toks setup for 9 without the mag well spacer.

BTW, there is also a double stack (14 rds.) 9mm Norinco, the 213A

New to the forum and need some help with my Norinco 213B. I just traded my Hi-Point for it and want to know if anyone knows where i can get parts. I have not shot it yet but will this weekend in the dessert. I was thinking that i should get a new firing pin, recoil spring just to have on hand. Now i have been looking around and found that Wolf make springs for these thing but they say they are for the Tokarev 1930. Also what parts if any are interchangeable with the Norinco 213? Do you think the Zastava M88 would have parts that would fit since we can get parts for that all day long out of Florida (EAA).

No, the m88 is a modified tok, so the frame slide barrel and hammer group are different.

try Numrichs, egunparts.com
or SARCO, they have parts for a tok.

Also, next time, post a new thread, don't resurrect a dead one.
