Took my cousin shooting

and he had a blast. I got a Marlin .22 that I took to the Bullet Trap and since my 10 year old cousin was in town, decided to take him with me. I hadnt fired that thing in so long and felt good to get it out again. Hes has little gun experience. His dad tried to take him skeet shooting a year or two ago, but the little shooting a 20 guage didnt work out (which I warned them it wouldnt) so I was afraid this would be hard, but he did alright. He was worried about it kicking, which I assured him it doesnt much at all. but just as he fired the first shot, a guy shooting a .357 magnum two lanes down shot and scared the crap out of him. We ended up puttin 200 rounds through her and he did pretty good bein a little guy shooting his first rifle. If I figure out how to get pictures on my computer then on here, Ill post the targets for yall. He was so proud, he wanted to keep em to show everyone

Good for you, and him. I took my daughter out shooting for her first time and we had a great time. MY nephew is staying with us now and we are taking him next week. .22 rifles and a little .25 pistol. Nothing to scare them or kick too bad.
