I finally picked up a TP9SA in Desert Tan. I have been hoping Walther would release a PPQ in desert tan like they did with the P99 .40 briefly years ago, but no.

My PPQ's slide is currently at Walther, so I can't compare the two. I can upload pics with just the grip of course...

Without a doubt though, this TP9SA has a slightly heavier break than the PPQ. However, the point to the break is lighter on the TP9SA...if that makes sense. It is still good however and I would say it is an excellent deal even at a higher cost.

The finish is better than I expected with the tan color. As I have said with the P99QA (the gun the TP9SA is copying), it is difficult to purposefully use the decocker and 100% impossible to accidentally do it.

So there you go. Two points that completely fly in the face of all the famous Youtube reviewers. The PPQ still has the best trigger and you cannot accidentally engage the decocker.
