Canik TP9SA......what if????

I love the look of a highly polished blue (like that on a Colt Python) but southern summers are rough on that kind of finish when you carry every day and it gets a daily sweat bath.

Odds are, you won't need to be replacing anything, but in the off chance that you do, Century should be able to procure the part/s you need (although I don't have any experience with them personally, so take that with a grain of salt). If you're really concerned about manufacturer support, you could easily get something used. Personally that's the way I would go in your situation. Some nice name-brand used guns won't cost that much more than the Canik and will be easier to procure replacement parts for.

As for people not wanting to buy Turkish guns for political reasons, I myself am not a fan of Erdogan, but I think there are better ways of expressing my displeasure with him than not buying a gun that a company in his country produces. But that's a personal decision, and I understand discomfort in that regard...

Good luck OP in your decision!
