I purchased the gun 12 years ago when magazine capacity was limited, and used it very little over the years. My local gun shop had an XDm 9mm on sale for $579, and offered me a decent trade so I brought the new 9mm XDm home with me. The package contained a holster, double mag carrier, speed loader, 2 19 round mags, lock, and bore cleaner. I have an XDm 40 and am sure I will like the 9mm.

About 10 or 12 years ago, I looked long and hard at the S&W 910. Never shot or handled one, but thought it just right for what I wanted. Never heard much about them at the time. Stumbled across a deal for a Mark III BHP instead and forgot about the 910.

Don't know how the 910 worked out for people. Did it give you any problems? Anything other than magazine capacity turn you off? Here in NY, 10 is the limit so, in terms of capacity, a 910 would be as good as a Glock.

Looks like the XDs are a big favorite of yours. Been tempted myself.

Orangepwrx9, The S&W 910 was trouble free

Although, I did not like the limited capacity mags, I was able to obtain a couple of 14 round mags from a friend in law enforcement during the hi-cap ban period.

I am just partial to XD's, Beretta's, and Kahr's. The XD's and Beretta's fit my hand better than the 910. The Kahr PM9 is extremely easy to conceal and is very accurate for a small gun. The XDm 40, however, is the most accurate gun I own. The match grade barrel really makes a difference in accuracy for me.

One of the first handguns I ever owned was a 910. reasonably accurate, concealable. The only thing I didn't care for was the rolling block safety it was the exact opposite of the 1911 I was used to from my Army days.

I'm almost positive it came with 2 15 round magazines
