Traveling From FL to NC CCW Question

For Thanksgiving holiday I may be traveling out of state to North Carolina. I will be passing through GA I know that they honor the FL CCW but I'm not familiar with NC. Can someone send me a link to this info (I'm sure it has been discussed somewhere else).
Also is NC an open carry state, would I be able to open carry with FL CCW?

Don't open carry in NC. It ain't worth the hassle. Other than that, you should be good to go.

Georgia, South Carolina and Nortn Carolina all honor the Florida resident permit.

But, remeber: Florida and Georgia don't require notification to police, SC and NC do.

Also, watch that speed in SC work zones. Signs are posted $200 fine and 30 days.
