I've been using Unique for loading .45 Colt in a Ruger SRH 454 Casull/45LC with 255 gr SWC and 250 gr RNFP, both from Missouri Bullet. Overall, I've been pleased. I just tried HS-6, which I don't hear too much about, with the 250 gr. RNFP. Wow, what a difference.

It burned much cleaner than Unique which was a big plus. It also had a more snappy, quick recoil that pushed which allowed me to get on the second shot quicker. The results were increased accuracy in this session than the past dozen sessions but I'll have to shoot more rounds over a longer period of time to draw that conclusion.

All-in-all, I was very pleased with its performance. I just got some 700-X so I will reload a few rounds with that and then compare the three.

This reloading is fun!

HS-6 has become one of my favorites for loading .44 special and .44 magnum also. Need to work up some loads in .32 H&R and .327 mag as well. I've found it to be very consistent.
