I got an add for bulk primers from them and checked it out. Buddy decided he wanted in for half. Contacted them. They gave me a better deal because of back order. Nice folks. Very friendly and helpful. Mostly decent reviews online. When it came time to give them my credit card for the half up front suddenly it was "We don't take credit cards anymore" Money order or certified check or something like that. That just screamed "scam" to me. What business doesn't take credit cards anymore? Anyone have any dealings with these folk? Scraping up $1k cash for half down was a deal killer for us right now. That's what credit cards are for. We could do it if we were sure they were legit.

Yes scam

Back in March I contacted them when I first saw their preorder offer. At that time we on this forum we’re dealing with north fork tactical and their similar preorder scam.

The answers to my questions include:

“We are extremely legit. Our President, Mike Vanderlind, is in Istanbul right now. He’s been in Eastern Europe since last week, sourcing importers of all things ammo and components.”

“And to answer your questions, we are importing directly from Ginex. In fact, Mike is touring their facility tomorrow.”

“Keep your eye on us…we’re the real deal.”

I was buying a handgun a couple months ago, but whe I got to the payment, they didn't want credit, bebit, or payal. The waned Zillo. Seemed legit as I was going to go through my bank using Zillo. This was a legitimate payment method from ligitimate vendor, but I didn't want to try a $450.00 purchase through an unknown to me method, so I didn't follow through. I've seen "bit coin only" and "Zillo only" vendors more than likely ligitimate, but nuttin' I want to trust, yet...

I pay cash for things I walk away with.

I like to have the leverage of a large corporation yanking my money back if someone doesn’t follow through on their end.

I learned that many years ago on a computer I bought. Didn’t work, they told me they could look at it, I told them I was under the illusion I was buying a working computer not another project to be fixed and I would like another, functional, computer. They said, that’s not how they do it and wouldn’t allow a return on a “used” computer, despite it never actually working.

Called the CC company and they said to just get an employee signature on a letter once I handed the computer back over to them and they would take care of the rest.

Took the computer in, employee signed the letter noting they took possession, then I went out and grabbed the monitor, keyboard, etc and headed back in. The employee said they didn’t need those parts, I told him I no longer needed them as the CC company had told me what to write on the letter he just signed and they would remove the charge. If they had any questions, they could contact the CC company.

I have also seen small business taken advantage of by them, so I understand why some don’t like to accept credit cards. It’s that advantage that makes them desirable to people making questionable purchases though.
