I just got off the phone with Trijicon Customer Service and am very impressed with them. I got a NIB but previously owned Trijicon Compact ACOG with the M16/AR15 attachment housing. It came without an Owners Manual and Trijicon promptly shipped me one when I first called them.

This weekend I figured out that something else was missing when I tried to mount my ACOG on an A3 carry handle. It went on okay but it is almost impossible to hand-tighten the screw (not much space there). And standard Allen wrenches are way to big to fit in that space.

Guessing that I was missing the proper tool I again called Trijicon and the customer service agent said she would ship the tool with no charge.

Trijicon seems like a good company to do business with. They are responsive and pleasant to deal with.

You know what else is great about them? If you have some old Trijicon sights on a gun that are faded, they'll replace all three lamps for $54, postpaid ("a buck a curie"). And you'll have your slide back in about a week.
