I could have sworn that there was a thread here recently about some newer case trimmers similar to the WFT, but my search didn't find anything. The difference was that it would deburr and chamfer simultaneously. I know of the Giraud and RCBS ones, but this tool was to be chucked in a drill/drill press like a WFT.

Am I imagining things, does such an animal exist?

Here's one called "Trim-It " that is similar to the WFT but much easier to adjust. It can be had with or without the deburring/chamfering function...just make your choice and pay the price.

Website is at:

I have the one that just trims and the ability to adjust with the micrometer is very helpful in my opinion. Interchangeable caliber dies are a plus as well and this unit works great.

For 223 I use a home made copy of a Gracey trimmer. I copied the Gracey because it trims and chamfers at the same time. Its very accurate and pretty fast. You need a glove if you don't want blisters.

For the cases that I don't reload much I still use a Lee in the mill. It doesn't chamfer but it has got to be the fastest trimmer there is.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I had just trimmed, chamfered, and deburred 1K .223 cases. Doing away with the separate tasks is worth the coin to me.
