Two weeks ago I sent in my Troy Battlerail to have it repaired. The package made it to their facility on March 23rd. Is 2-3 weeks standard for Troy's turnaround? Anyone else dealt with Troy's customer service? I really want my rail back and functioning properly.

I've emailed Troy about my 556p battle rail and then about my back ordered mico sights. They responded quickly and were friendly. I don't think you will have any problems. Then again my micro sights have been on back order sense December!

Tax return time of year and election year. A lot of companies are having a hard time filling order and taking care of customer repairs.
