I need to CCW in business attire with absolute concealment, and came across the "belly band" type of holsters. They look pretty similar, I can't really tell much difference between them except that the TRUSS has either cross-draw or strong side options while the Kangaroo only has cross-draw, and the TRUSS has 2 shoulder straps while the Kangaroo only has one. I'm guessing 2 is better.
Anyone use either, or know if there's any functional difference? Cross-draw vs. strong side? I'm leaning toward strong side because I would prefer to carry spare mags on my non-dominant side.
2nd question - what is the best type of firearm to carry in this manner? I have a G19 but I'm almost positive it will print a lot. I was thinking of buying a G26 just to keep things simple, but are these holsters safe to carry a pistol with no manual safety and a round chambered? Maybe a snubby would be a better idea? I prefer to carry with a round chambered, and I don't like manual safeties on defensive handguns.
