tuning the stock

About a year ago, I read an article something like "Tuning the Stock" where the author talked about tightening the stock screws in five inch-pound increments. But I can't find the article again nor do I know the starting torque and limit torque.
Anyone know what article I am talking about? I am almost certain I found the link to it on this forum.
