I've just gone through my second trigger pin in 10,000 rounds in six months. Glock has no idea various smiths have no idea. The gun is also not terribly accurate anylonger possibly related to this issue I suppose. I was told to check out the locking block though it is fine and fits perfectly in the gun. Has anyone heard of this problem before? :banghead:

Have you taken a little off the top, like you said you were going to over on GT? Does your brass eject more than four or five feet? If so, then maybe you need a stronger recoil spring.

Their locking blocks develope hairline craks before completely failing. Dosesn;t take much flex to eventually break the pin at the groove for the slide lock lever.

If you know someone who can Magnaflux it that process will show the tiniest of cracks immediately.

At a minimum Glock should be sending you spare pins to keep THEIR product going if they can't figure out why it's doing this.
