Tyler T Grip ?

I had a Pachmayr Gripper on my model 10 and model 19 and I had a Hogue Monogrip on my model 36. They were just “okay”, but both made the model 10 and the 36 bulky feeling to me. The rubber gripped my tee shirts or whatever shirt I had on whenever I moved which was annoying. I bought the BK adapters and went back to the service panels that came on the guns and liked that set up very much. I eventually bought some nice service panel type grips for the model 10. The model 19 got Altamont Ropers.
I like the wood grips with the BK adapters very much. I am considering doing the same on my S&W 442.

thank you. what was difference in felt recoil among these grips?

Hmmm…interesting. I had not really thought about it. It was not that much different or it would have definitely stood out in my mind.
For both I think there was a slight increase, but it was negligible to me. On the 36 it seemed to point more naturally. I do recall that. Also, I do not shoot +P ammo, so perhaps with +P there may have been more of an increase. I am a firm believer in a good aim and quick follow up shots. In my experience +P tends to slowdown my follow up shots.
