I've been looking for those Uberti ads with great pictures from western movies.
The kind that made you want to buy some good smelling leather goods and case-hardened revolvers?
Actors that we know are in some of the.
I've been unable to find them on the internet.
Anyone know where they are hidden?

For me anyway, it was an effective advertisement. Thinking about an 1873.

I'm glad that their guns are much better than their western movies were. I don't care if they did turn Clint Eastwood into a major star. They were cheesy.

We watched the frst 20 minutes of GoodBadUgly last night watching for good gun cinema. Bad & Ugly were pretty good actors. But cheesy won & we quit.

My favorite spaghetti western is Red Sun (1971).



It is super cheesy, Swiss fondue cheesy, but it has a side of wasabi sauce to give it a kick.

Back in the 60's & 70's the Japanese Samuri TV shows were like our weekly westerns.
Good guys and bad guys but with swords.

I think I saw that at the base theater. Yeah, it was kinda "cheesy" but it had Toshiro Mifune, swords, guns, and Ursula Andress so we didn't mind.
