looking for anyone who has knowledge or printed matter concerning disassembly/reassembly of the uberti 1885 highwall replica. new gun, and am considering some trigger work but discretion being the better part of valor would like to see the procedure first in case I encounter problems. any help or insight would be appreciated

I disassembled and clean the one in Francisco's Fort Museum in La Veta w/out any diagram. They're not hard. I couldn't find a manual but I did find this image showing the parts.

That is indeed the Browning Low Wall/High Wall owner's manual.

I know I have taken my Uberti 1885 apart and rebarreled it. I might have cut extractor relief on the new barrel and made a new extractor, but the trigger did not leave a memory.
