Brian,
The best piece of advice I can give you is do your best to try before you buy. If you have a range that rents, try out all you can.
Some people do not like the DA/SA trigger on the Sigs. I'm not sure how familiar you are with the different trigger types, but the DA/SA trigger means that the first pull of the trigger is very long (unless the hammer is manually cocked - not recommended). Once the round has left the chamber, the action of the slide cycling automatically cocks the hammer for the next shot, which leaves the shooter with a much, much shorter trigger pull on the follow up shots.
Some people prefer the constant trigger pull of the striker-fired weapons over the DA/SA triggers. Thus the guidance to try before you buy. You may find that you are much more accurate with one style of trigger than another.
All of the options that you have listed are good ones.
Good luck with your purchase.
