I got bored and found that Tippman Ordinance makes a 22LR Gatling gun. This is just what I need to defend myself from the hordes of evil tree rats that are trying to take over the world.

Yes it is pricy at $4500. But think of the fun you could have while defending yourself from them evil squirrels that are hellbent on taking over the world.

Tippman also made a mini Browning M1917, M1919, and M2 machine guns in 22LR too. Now I can't remember if that was Tippman Ordinance or Tippman Arms that made those mini machine guns in 22LR. But man were they neat. And if you find one, you WILL pay a lot for it.

Kinda neat and interesting. Thanks for posting it. But at 4500 bucks I can't seem to get that serious about one. Fun to watch, though.

Saber toothed tree rats are a problem, they gnaw on most anything, including exposed wiring. At least that one electrocuted himself. But... I am with 22250Rem, I cant see spending that kind of money.

I agree that $4500 is a bit much.

Though if the 22lr version works like their 9mm version it would be fun. I have shot the Tippman 9mm Gatling gun.

For $4500 --- How about 2 Ruger 10-22s ($500) and $4000 worth of ammo and mags.
Shoot one until it gets hot, then shoot the other one.
But it isn't a Gatling gun.. One must bring as much firepower to bear when being invaded by hordes of evil tree rats.

I'll be honest. I'll never spend that kind of money for a firearm. I started the thread since I think the 22LR Gatling gun is neat and also because those than know me, know how I feel about squirrels trying to take over the world.

For $4500 I would expect all 5 barrels to fire. Not just 1 of the 5 barrels.

I remember someone selling plans for making your own many years ago. I saw one a guy had made at a model engine show about 25 years ago. I recall it was gravity / magazine fed instead of using a belt and it was considerably larger than the one in the video.

I once saw a quad-mount10/22. It was four 10/22s actions mounted to one tripod. They were set up so that you could fire all four of them in sequence with one turn of the crank. With banana mags in each one, you could burn up 100 rounds of .22LR in short order.

I think it was a custom job, but if you poke around you can find kits that will set you up with a double-10/22 crank operated fun machine.

Probably not legal in the eyes of ATF. SB tactical brace? Yeah, this video is definitely dated.
Well that's still up in the air for one and
mine is on an amnesty form 1, so no matter how it pans out in court I'm good.

If you feel like you needed amnesty, that's your decision ( Amnesty - forgiveness, or overlooking a crime that has been committed by the person receiving the "amnesty").

I would never ask for amnesty for something, like an arbitrary ATF interpretation of a regulation, which is clearly not a crime under Federal statutes passed by the Congress and signed by a President.

I'm glad not to be on a Federal Form 1 list. Enjoy!! 😅😂

A PCP air rifle is a bit cheaper and you can get them one at a time. Extend the fun in doing so.

It is quite possible to believe this and also recognize that we have a 2 tier justice system and know my last name isn't Biden.

Thing is with a form 1 SBR, it's only a SBR while in SBR configuration. So take the brace off and poof it's a pistol that can be sold, and it's not actually required to inform the ATF to remove it from the registry so really being on a form 1 "list" isn't much different than being on THR's membership "list".

One of us is confused, or maybe that was a joke.

I am pretty sure that all 5 barrels fire, just like the original Gatling gun. When a barrel rotates around to the top it gets a round fed in. When that barrel reaches the 4 o'clock position it fires.

I vaguely remember those. Did they make any live full autos?
The original, pre 86 Tippman's were full auto. Cool little guns too.

If you really want the firepower, you want an American 180. :neener:

About 1200 rpm worth from a 275 round drum. :)
