I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with these guys. My Ultradot Match dot recently went dead during a match (not a battery issue). The so-called life-time warranty requires me to pay for shipping to and from Florida (probably around $25 total). I guess I wouldn't mind too much but the dot is only 6 months old (cost: $200). I've been trying to reach them for over a week (e:mail and phone) to discuss this with them and they will not get back to me. Their website proclaims their "world class customer service". That's a joke. The sight was good while it lasted but the lifetime warranty claim leaves much to be desired. I won't buy another one of these! Any suggestions for a replacement on my Ruger Mark III for NRA Bullseye competition? Thanks for the help.
