The Options: Browning Pro, Sig p228-p229, Glock 19 or 19C, Sa XD-4" , Kel-Tec P-11, CZ P-10 or CZ 75 D PCR Compact

I do have a Glock 17 with 3 17 rd mags, which would fit the Glock 19.

Whats the diff between a sig p228 and a p229 becides just specs?

Has anyone ever shot a Compensated Glock, how was it?

Looking for a Gun Probably in 9MM that will fill the role of a CCW and a planker. Must be extremely reliable and very accurate. Min mag capacity should be 10 rounds and max length should be smaller that or around 7". I’m not really concerned with steel grips vs. synthetic but I do like a smooth light trigger and nice sights. If any good upgrades/accessories come to mind let me know. I’m pretty much looking for personal testimonies and pros/cons. If any others come to mind let me know.

Thanx Gavin

The Kel-Tec P11 doesn't really seem to fit with the rest of the list. If a Glock 19 is "medium", then I'd say a P11 seems definitely "small". JMO

I can't believe somebody finally mentioned the Browning Pro series in one of these polls!

I myself own a Fabrique Nationale FNP-9 (the version without the safety) and absolutely love it.
The weapon is about the same size as the Sig P229 and weighs less. Carries on more round of 9mm than the G19.

You won't find a better deal than one of these under appreciated monsters. They eat everything, are made in the USA and are quite ergonomic.

I woulda picked CZ as I own a 75B, but I've never fired one of the smaller models.
