Update: ATF Sucks!!.

I am finally able to update my original thread about abuse I recieved at the hands of the ATF at a gunshow in Richmond Va.


On Febuary 14, at 4:00, myself and three others, out of the many who were persecuted by ATF agents, will be giving testimony out front of a Congressional committee. I had to remain silent until now so as not to tip our hands, but no-more.

To those who were nay-sayers and government apologists........Start eating your crow.

To those who were supportive, I am gratefull and offer a heartfelt thank you. I can only hope that those who approved the injustices that occured on Aug. 13-14, 2005, will be punished.

Let's hope to see the day when the immunities these people abuse will be forfeited - and criminal charges and penalties for such things will be the norm. That is the only way things like this will diminish.

Wow. I read that link. That is pretty danged unprofessional. Looks like they have got their priorities completely screwed up. If they want to crack down on illegal gun sales, the gun show is really not the place to go. One or two undercover officers could turn up any illegal sales problems anyway without harrassing everyone. I'm am preaching to the choir though.

I have just sent my copy of BATFE fails the test to my rep

Johnson, TX-3rd dist.

and asked his staff about the upcoming hearing.

They didn't know about it and couldn't find anything scheduled.

which committe is reviewing the gun gestapo (benighted arsonists, terrorists, felons and effulent) now? I'd like to get Johnson in on this if possible He's on the ways and means committe. I'd love to gut those lowlife's appropriaiton to about $0. but only after ditching the ever hateful 922(o) and it's foul cousin the 'sporting use clause'.

The date has been moved back to Feb. 15, at 4:00, they've been doing this for months. Up until now they moved the date back by months instead of a day, so maybe this time it'll be the real deal.

I am not trying to single you out particularly, so don't take this personally...

I see this all the time here and other places and hear it on the radio and tv. These people are not Officials , they are SERVANTS.

The sooner we get that little thing right, the sooner we can put our country back on the correct path. As it stands now, we give too much power to these bozos (both on the right and left) when we call them "officials".

No, but we are suposed to be able to trust them to keep our country running smoothly and represent the people. Much as a CEO doesn't have time to spend doing laundry, securing his home every night, mow the lawn, etc.

Think of it as the CEO being the people as a whole going to work every day and keeping the economy going. The servants of the house take care of all the little things that are needed to keep the CEO (economy) comefortable and able to do his job.
