Urge West Virginia governor to veto HB 3074 -- invalidates nonresident permits

I was hoping this bill would open the recipricity with other states. I have my fingers crossed it's not as bad as it reads. From what my Delegate said, he had to start somewhere on the reciprocity. Could this be a law they could start striking certain lines from it next year? One thing that has me worried is it transfers the signing of agreements from the Governor's office to the Attorney General. I haven't seen squat about reciprocity come out of either office......
