URGENT - New Orleans gun rights groups needed

I am a law student at Tulane and I need some help.
Some students have been contacted by the Institute for Justice (www.ij.org) about locating a suitable amicus client in the New Orleans area. All this means is that I need the name and contact info of any and all non-profit (preferably genuine 501(c)(3)) groups in the New Orleans area. I assume they are looking for grass roots type organizations, not NRA or CMP type stuff.
Supporting cert petitions are due in early September, so this info is needed ASAP.

I think he may be looking for something like the VCDL in Virginia. But I don't think we have anything like that around here. I live in Baton Rouge and know of no gun-rights in the area.
