Buds will not cherry pick a glock for you the guy who answers the phone has probably never stepped foot in there warehouse. They couldn’t even guarantee a replacement lower I got that was supposed to be complete wouldn’t be stripped. They use to be good but now a days there are better retailers with competitive prices do a search on gun deals. Com

Best solution for getting a Austrian Glock is buying it in person.

I cant imagine if it says Austria on the slide that it would be anything but.

Buying online I cant imagine theres any guarantee one way or the other.

As someone earlier said, it turns out that the part number (not serial number) for the Austrian ones starts with a P and the American made ones start with an A. Glad I finally found that out.

I ended up going to my favorite shop Friday trying to decide between a 17 and a 19, and while I was futzing around I remembered a friend had a 19x he wanted to sell. I ended up texting him and he gave me a good deal. And lucky for me it's an Austrian made one.

That smaller slide on the 17 frame feels kind of funny but for the price I'll get used to it. Or I suppose I could get a 17 slide to put on there if I felt like going long? That may be as expensive as another whole gun though.
