Using salt blocks and scents in Oregon

Is this legal? I see them all sold in the local retailers, but that doesn't necessarily mean their allowed for all situations.

Just asking, can't find it called out to pro or con in the Oregon Big Game book, but I may be missing something obvious.

I think they would consider the Salt lick or mineral lick as a bait, I dont know for sure but sounds like that it something almost that they need as in food wise.

Far as scents go, I dont know much of what would work since most are taylored towards white tails. I dont know if that makes much of a difference or not.

I did use elk urine as a cover sent when I hunted back home, not as an attractant. I guess you could, use for an attractant thought. Its not like they are going to eat it for food.
