My one book one caliber manual contains published information on a Winchester 124 grain LRN with WSF. Indicates min load of 4.0 grains and max load of 4.7 grains. You certainly can use this as a starting point for your lighter 115 grain LRN's, even starting at 4.2 grains min.
The same book has WSF data for Sierra 115 RN FMJ's that shows min load of 4.8 gr to max load of 5.5gr. I've found that the minimum Sierra FMJ loads work well for lead or plated applications.
Hodgdon also has published data available online for WSF, start at or below the start load for 115gr RN-FMJ and you should be OK for lead.
Start low and work up is the best advice I can provide, the above is published information to get started. So far as COL is concerned, load some dummy rounds and make sure they work in your magazine and pass the barrel plunk test. With nose differences between jacketed and lead RN's, you may not be able to use the same COL for both.
