VA non resident ccw

Does anyone know if the must reply in 45 days for VA ccw permit applications apply to their non-resident permits? I applied a couple weeks ago and was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes-thanks

I also applied last week I was told about 30 days by the shooting instructor.

I think it will take a little longer.

Im out of state and it took about 2 months for the permit to arrive, it took Florida's about 3 months - both sent on same day.

I got mine in exactly 30 days from mailing the application.
