Value 30-40 Krag

My father-in-law just brought home a Springfield 1898 30-40 Krag. I'd rate it at about 80% due to loss of blueing on barrel. Any history info or value from you guys would be helpful. Thanks Mike

I've seen pricing range from $600 to $1200. Depends on condition, history, etc.

Definitely has some value, make no doubt about it.
