There is a new company called Lone Star. Possibly named after the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant (1941-2009) - Texarkana, TX, USA.??

IIRC; Don't know the particulars (quantity, calibers, etc.) but at one time most case manufacturers would put just about any headstamp on your cases with a minimum order. Occasionally an odd case shows up with an unknown headstamp...
