Heard they bought the tooling Videcki had. Curious if anyone knows if they are the same triggers, better triggers, or not as good?

I've got a long trigger I want to change to short.

Unless you want a silver/metal one, this STI trigger is great. The plastic/polymer slides like glass in the channel. I have this trigger, except in the long version, in a couple of 1911's. I really like them.

I like the flat triggers also, but haven't gotten to the research part on them. Anyone using one?

Walkalong, is the takeup/overtravel screw staying set well in the polymer?

In 1911's

Flat trigger...but long. I had one of these, and it worked fine. It just took a bit to get used to after so many years of curved triggers. I traded that gun, but not because of the trigger. I don't know offhand of a short flat one.

Yes, the set screw is more secure in the polymer trigger than aluminum ones. It is pretty tight in there, besides, most folks Loctite those buggers in a self defense gun.
