Some scrap steel is selected for the project. The bladesmith decides what he's going to make and forges steel to shape.
Part 1.
The forging is ground to final form and initial finish is performed.

We don't get to see the handle fabrication or fitting, but we do get to see the final finish work, the handle wrap and some testing.
