Wow, being a Californian.....I'm a happy camper seeing this.

I always thought large scale gun confiscations would come to Cali first. Guess I was wrong.

California...COMING TO YOUR STATE SOON!!!!!!.....So much for all you "only in Kali" blind fools out there that wrote off Kali and said "it can't happen here".

That Chipper, hope he's proud of himself.... :fire: :fire: :fire:

True shame, true shame. In their own well structured home, dry and fine, and well supplied.

I love the reporter "A gun is a gun" line, justifying it. IN THIS WOMAN'S HOME. She also pleaded they were unwelcome. People need to wake up out there, outside of THR so many people think this is fine operating procedure. They think they are doing her a favor

For the greater good my ass. What a BIG Mistake.

They shipped her out "where she will need a place to go, and kept her gun. DAMN crying shame. This area did not look unsanitory and they won't let her family come in I bet to help her, and of course - take her gun is the most important thing. Slamming an elderly lady on the floor in her own kitchen. Our veterans of WWII fought for this.

Looks like they slammed her pretty good, but she didn't appear to be hurt. It's practice for them when the time comes for the real thing.

"They are not kicking down doors...They are not dragging people from their homes".... ok sure just open your eyes and WATCH what you are reporting on...

A reminder from our Founding Fathers...

Don't Tread On Me.

Seems to me we now have an answer to a question we've had for a while: Yes, the police will willingly participate in gun confiscations.

Don't forget.

I can't even explain how ????ing mad this makes me. I hope more people see this, and get pissed off. I need to go for a walk before I explode.

Did they have a warrant? No. So much for the 4th amendment. :cuss:

And with that, let the police apologists amongst us begin...

This reporter WATCHES them drag that old lady from her home, and says "They're not dragging people from thier homes." How do you can you spin such a lie? Is the guy running for President?
Three guys throw an old woman to the floor to disarm her, while illegally in her home. This is known as home invasion, theft, and kidnapping.

There can be no police apologists on this. The badge does not shine as brightly with these events.

There is no question, these are crimes. Civil rights and obscene violations of the 4th and 2nd amendments.

Apologists???

Anyone trying to justify ths has absolutely no ground to stand on. I can't believe someone would even make the attempt. I'm not sure why politicians bother paying lip service to the constitution anymore. No branch of government even pretends to follow the law. I'm starting to wonder why I should if they don't. Talk about frustrating. :banghead:

but its Martial Law

Come on now......its unoffical-offical Martial Law.......its ok to do this durring martial law right? Oh wait doesnt congress have to act for that? Oh well nm we will just enter your house and take your weapons, shouldnt be bothered with the small details like lack of congressional backing.

I can't believe I just saw that. Do they not watch their own video while they're commenting?? I clearly saw the woman being disarmed in her own home and then forcibly removed from her own home against her will.

:cuss:

No you didn't. The government-screened media said so. (off to the gulag with you for questioning them)

I'm back from my walk. I'm no less pissed. In fact I'm more pissed of, since I just made the connection in my head that these creeps are from MY state.

i'm a big police supporter but, i can't support this. i like the video where they are being sworn in " i swear to up hold the constitution" then they do this? :fire:

Truly sickening. These guys could probably teach the BATF a few lessons.

I'm sure it will come out in the media in the next few days that the whole thing was orchestrated by George Bush in an effort to cover up FEMA problems in NO!

you beat me to the punch on the sworn in part

I guess its the all mighty Iraqi constitution they were speaking of??????? That ???? is way outta control and I can only say they will have a long hike in the woods to take me and my weapons away in the event of an earthquake out here in socal.

Wow. My heart was beating so hard in my chest after watching that. I haven't been this angry in a while.

The anchor asks the reporter if the police would "use lethal force", the reporter says they might. So, let me get this straight, in order to "protect" the remaining citizens still in the city you will be killed if you don't leave your house on their command. Interesting protection the Gesta....., oops I mean police, are offering.

Since when did "protection" mean illegally entering a residence, physically assaulting the occupant, and stealing their weapons?

The woman just wanted to stay there with her dogs for God's sake. Leave her alone.

I don't know which scene I liked better, three hulking cops sitting on a little old lady, or maybe the one of a cop on each arm physically dragging her from her house while she asks, no BEGS, to sit down.

Her house seemed perfectly dry and safe I might add, at least until the cops showed up.
