Video, Robber Shot by Clerck

Do you think or know if the clerk in this video got in any legal trouble?
I think he did good. I appologize if this video has been posted before.
I think if anyone pulled a gun and shot at me I will make sure they are no longer.
I do not know any stats or other cases, BUT LEO are almost always justified when they shoot someone who even touches a weapon in a treataning maner. There has been cases where LEO shot about 200 -300 rounds.Do you think he should have fired the last two shots? I think the clerck was kinda upset with himself after the last two shots.
What do you guys think.

Thanks for posting TheBigBulgarian, but we talked about this one last year. It is extremly fake, and I still wonder why anyone would want to make something up like that. If it was for real the clerk would be in some seriuos legal issues.

That's the FIRST time Ive seen that video, and It couldnt be more OBVIOUSLY fake. How do I know? becuase Iv actualy fired real guns, and watched other people fire real guns. Muzzle flashes dont look like that...AT ALL. The fact that those guys were the worst limp-wristers iv ever seen doesnt help either.
