Hey Satiable Curtiosoty has gotten to me again.

How well do stock Polish Vis 35 and occupation madeP 35(P)2 handle new designs of HP ammo and popular LSWC hand loads?

Also that batch of Post Soviet times new made ones.

Also any and all Photos of all models of Vis 35 pistols and commentaries by their owners are welcome.

Thanks guys.

Noooooo!!!!!!

As terrible as that is, I think a skilled machine shop could weld that.
Failing that, I would drill a small hole at the terminus of the crack to try and prevent it from spreading further.

That stinks Jeff, sorry.:(

Yeah. Disappointed to say the least. But glad I caught it. Definitely not a new crack.

Ive never tried HP in mine (and don't plan to), just plain jane 115gr range ammo.

So far, its not skipped a beat, is soft shooting and accurate- quickly becoming one of my favorites in fact.
Of course, I was fortunate that mine came with two factory magazines which probably doesn't hurt.:)

I just checked my dust shield and its intact, but Ill be keping an eye on it....

Exactly. I was really warming up to this one. One of the nicest shooting 9mm I own. I may go your route. Get it repaired and maybe refinished
