visit to west virginia

Hi all. I'm going on a trip to northern West Virginia. My wife wants to visit some pottery factories in Newell. Is there anything to do that's gun or outdoors related around there? I don't know the area at all and would love some help.

I camp on the Cheat river every Labor day near Elkins WV. (more central)
I recommend Black Water Falls State Park if you're up for a long ride:

Sorry, I don't know of any attractions that are gun related. I probably should have looked at a map first as well. Just throwing out a suggestion.
Have Fun. WV is one of the few states I'd pack up and move to if a job opertunity came around.

Whenever I go out of town to a new city I try to make it a point to hit the pawn shops and some of the week-end flea markets. Tell the Mrs. that you are "Antique shopping"
