Visiting from Ireland. Where can I shoot the MP5 (and/or mp5k)?

Hey guys,

I'm over from Dublin visiting my brother who lives here. I've been calling a few ranges to see what fully-auto's they have in stock just to rent and give a go. I've called about 10 shops and although I've found M16's and UZI's I haven't been able to locate a place where I can try out any fully auto HK's.

I've shot AR-15's, a few SKS varieties, lots of handguns and shotguns etc, but while I'm here I really wanted to try out the MP5. If anyone knows a place where I could go in the Houston area (I'm in Conroe at the moment), I'd really appreciate it.

well if you managed to wander out alittle farther west to phoenix, theres plenty of places to do this. but im sure you could use your google-fu and find a spot to rent full auto.

Try this place, I don't think they have an MP-5, but I know for sure they have a Tommy Gun for rent, I rented it and it was a hoot.

If you weren't so far south Belleville Shooting Range in Belleville, IL has an MP5 for rent. Along with a few other full-auto weapons, a ton of regular firearms and a nice little Class III Beretta shotgun.

Call 'em and ask what they've currently got ( so you can bring enough money for ammo )

Like the other guy said, "The Gun Shop" in Las Vegas is a good place. The have a nice selection. they have a M-249 which is a blast to shoot. Vegas is a great place to visit anyway. Take advantage of the current currency conversion situation.
