Has anybody had much contact with VTI ???

I placed an order for a colt navy ASM wedge and spring over 8 months ago
i received a e-mail that said they cant get any. but no refund. After several e-mails and no answer I gave up and figured it was money lost.

Hasd anyone dealt with VTI???????

Doesn't sound right. They have never charged me for an order item until it has been shipped, and I buy parts all the ime. Waiting on some frame pins and wedges right now - and I haven't been charged for them. I addition, they've always kept me informed on status of any backorders I may have.

Ditto, I have ordered several items they did not have but were never charged for them.

I do however, keep a close eye on my CC account because some vendors like to bill your card and make you wait until it gets here from China. I immediately protest when one does so I do not become the stuckee.

I have had good luck with VTI.

Try a phone call and talking with a real human being.

Used them several times, all positive. Fast shipping. I'd call, something doesn't sound right.

I'm with the majority. Never had a problem with VTI.
