VZ58 Question

I am looking at one of the folding stock VZ58 and was wondering if you can put the fixed stock on it? I have a VZ58 parts gun and have the wood like stock for it.

Not sure if the receivers are the same and you can change the stocks.

Yes,the receivers are the same,just one screw holds the stock on,a two minute switch.

Any parts you may be missing for your stock set can be had from Czechpoint, good outfit.

I would take a long hard look at where they get their receivers before purchasing from Century.

Armoredman, unless D-Technik has set up shop on our shores, that's the wrong answer.

Century is using US made receivers and barrels in their VZ-58 clone.

ORF denies they're making them for Century.

Century claims it's a source local to them. Who knows? Doesn't seem to be any "known" receiver manufacturer. Suppose I get to be one of the guinea pigs...mine's doing great so far.
