I have a bunch of w231, loading .380, 9mm, and even have data for 180 gr 40's I load.

Have seen data for the 357 Sig, but only up to 100 gr.

Anyone have a w231 load for the 124/125 gr jacketed ?

Just one more question if I may. W231 and HP-38 is the same but I've been told
so is Accurate #2

Thanks

Accurate #2 is not the same has W231/HP38.

Accurate #2 is used for the same purposes as W231/HP38 but load data can not be interchanged.

Use only Accurate #2 load data with Accurate #2 powder.

If Winchester doesn't list it, there is probably a reason. The 231 is a pretty fast powder and I doubt if you could get decent velocity before the pressures got high in a .357 Sig.

W231 and HP-38 are the same, yes. AA#2 is not.

Published data exists for 357sig using slower powders, and by all accounts these will work way better.

While burn rate is certainly not the only consideration, and burn rate charts disagree, I don't routinely use anything faster than HS-6 in 357Sig.

Just because I have a lot of it, I loaded a few 100-gr 357Sigs with 5.5 grains of Bullseye (a low-moderate Hornady 8th load), but I don't expect they'll be particularly accurate. Haven't gotten around to shooting them yet.

Now see this is what confuses me. They have data for Bullseye and it's faster than 231.

They do list it for a 100 gr bullet pushes that sucker over 1500 fps

That just means they tested Bullseye (Hornady apparently likes Bullseye because they have data for it in many, many cartridges) and discovered it was safe. They don't claim it's accurate.

If they had seen fit to test W231, there would be one of two results: They found it safe and useful so they published the data, or they found it not safe or not useful and therefore didn't publish the data.

Of course, it's entirely possible that somebody in the lab had some sort of foreknowledge of w231 in 357Sig and simply elected not to test it. They can't test them all.
