WA State - batons - legal reference

Can anyone familiar with Washington state's RCW's cite the specific legal articles prohibiting collapsible batons for citizen concealed carry?

I understand that they are classified as deadly weapons (in some states) but I would like another option (besides OC spray) on the Force Continuum.
