WA State Hoot and Shoot Fathers Day Weekend

We've been getting together for over 15yrs. Shooters have come and gone, I haven't put out an invite in a couple of years due to lack of new interest. Anyway, Outside Ellensburg Wa. Fathers Day Weekend. Show up Friday evening, leave Sunday. Most of the shooting occurs on Saturday. It's a camping opportunity for the weekend.

Great times! Actually been doing this since around '06 IIRC, one year the roads were impassable. Friday & Saturday nights around the fire, bourbon, beer (or soda pop), cigars, sadly our numbers have dwindled to a handful. Opportunity to shoot rifle out to 300 yards or so, pistol, awesome scenery but most importantly, good people.

What time on Friday will people start showing up?
If I can make it work I will take off a little early from work to get there and help out on getting things ready.
How close is the closest store for ice and stuff?
Also will there be a gas grill there that we could use?
If I can make it I will have my side kick, my twelve year old grandson. He is a shooter, rifle, pistol or shotgun. He has been shooting for eight years. I take him shooting every weekend from spring to fall.

I'll get off early on Friday to pick up stuff for this trip.
Any one need anything from Cabelas? I need to stop by the Tulalip Cabelas after work tomorrow and can pick up whatever you may need.
Anyone interested in going to the Yakima Cabelas OUT Post if it's still open on Saturday or Sunday?
Also I brought back some venison from my last hunting trip back in New York. I can bring some to cook up for who ever shows up.

We went to the Hoot and Shoot Fathersday Weekend .
We had a great time. We were planning on leaving around 2pm but got delayed and left around 4.45pm.
Traffic was bad and we finally made it there alittle after 10pm.
Bob is a very good host and I thank you so much for having this event.
It was very relaxing and my grandson was in heaven for a couple of days. When you have a weekend work party please let us know so we can help out.
I promise to get there alot earlier.
