Wait time for backordered G26

Just bought my first gun (in honor of Inauguration Day)...a Glock 26 from GlockWorld.com. It's backordered, not surprisingly. Anybody recently order a Glock from TGSCOM? Any idea how long I'll have to wait?

Bizarre. Lots of places around here have them in stock. Although, I must admit, there are fewer on the shelves than there used to be.

Not everyone is out of stock. You can probably find something and buy it today, and then cancel the order or do the right thing and get two... and don't keep them at the same location.

+1 starboard. I just checked Gunsamerica and they seem to have a lot of a lot of different models of Glocks. I would bet that gunbroker is the same way. If that doesnt suit your needs, go to a gun shop. IMO when you buy from the factory, you will probably pay more.

Why would you wait. Look around. I've bought two Glocks in the past week. One through a local dealer and the other through Gunbroker.

I went into a local gunshop last week and walked out with a new G26 for less than i could have gotten one at gun show.

At Cabelas.....579 minus 5% because last one in case....30.00 coupon from Cabelas + 50.00 gift certificate...not bad, total was 512.00 with the tax.

I saw one in my local Gander Mountain yesterday for $549. Not sure if it had the night sights or not. My friend who works there told me the prices were about to go up, though.
