Wal Mart price check on Winchester White Box 45 ACP

Has anyone seen the Walmart price on WWB in 45 ACP? I have found some for $19 online for 50 rounds... but I have to pay shipping. I havent been in a Wal Mart in months. Does anyone know a ballpark figure on what it is selling for ?

Pays to shop around, I've got a locally-owned sporting goods store near me that meets or beats Walmart and I don't feel like I'm selling my soul buying it. Getting a case of .45 hardball tomorrow.

Over the weekend all the gun forums were SCREAMING about the possibility of MAJOR price increases for ammunition.....

....yet the prices actually WENT DOWN!

(I ventured out and checked the local big box stores and my LGS's on Sat and Sun for prices - and ventured out again on Mon, Tues, and yesterday - indeed, prices dropped)

I am paying $169 per 500 round 10 50 count boxes delivered to my door.

I stopped looking at Walmart after I secured this price. Walmart ends up being more than that here. $34.95 + 6% tax. WWB costs me $185.25

WWB is about 30-32, but they have Federal 230gr .45 for $16.50 at my closest Wal-Mart. They also have the 115gr 9mm for $9.97. Cheapest plinkin ammo out there!

Bought my case of CCI Blazer Brass 230gr FMJ yesterday for $0.50 less per 50rds than WWB at Walmart and supported a local business in doing it.

Our local mall-warts seem to have raised ammo prices. IIRC 9mm is now in the $12-13.47 range per 50, and .40 S&W is up to around $15.47 (Federal)/50, all this for basic FMJ target ammo. I don't remember exact 45 ACP prices but I think it was pushing $20.
