Just caught a small blip on the late news last night and came here for more info but I don't find it listed. The news story said the family of a suicide victim was filing suit against Walmart for 25 million bucks because they should have known better then to sell their daughter the gun she used to commit suicide, even though she responded "no" on the mental health questions of the yellow form. I think their claim was that she had been banned from another Walmart for some kind of disturbance in the past. Has anyone seen this or does anyone have anymore info?
