The only way customer service will improve is for the customer to demand to speak with the manager and then relate the incident to him/her. I have called corporate headquarters and aired my complaint when I was treated poorly and felt that the manager was just blowing me off. When the corporate headquarters calls a store manager about the problem you can believe things will be looked into. Complaining here won't accomplish anything. By the way, I don't go behind store counters either.
