Does anyone know how I would find out when my Walther PPK. 380 with serial # K009645 was manufactured? It has "Interarms-Alexandria, VA" stamped on it along with 9mm Kurz.
Is it an Interarms-made PPK/S or a German-made PPK/S that was imported by Interarms? If it's a German-made gun, the date will be stamped on the ejection port. If it's an Interarms/Ranger-made pistol, then you are essentially out of luck ... unless you have the original test target and it has a date next to the signature.
