Walther Rimfire Scope

At home, posting on THR instead of working.
I recently purchased what appears to be a Walther rimfire scope with variable magnification from 3-9X. It cost me about $40 and it seems to use the same reticles as bushnell scopes of the same price.

Has anyone heard of Walther rimfire scopes? Are they any good?
