Let's be clear about selling/buying in a discussion forum - We Don't.
If you want to buy this guy's ammo keep it to PMs and don't broach the subject here or you'll have crossed the line just as if he were fishing for buyers here in General.
He's asked the question about shipping and it has been answered (go to UPS hub and ship as ORMD) and pay the hazmat fee on top of the shipping and he's gotten the standard advice (THR Trading Post, armslist, backpage, gunlisting, local "shopper" paper like Thrifty Nickel) so there's no reason for this to go on and have more people trying to buy it.
